Hiring sewing machinist 

Angliamea.ro anunt: Stratton Mills are an employment agency who provide Fashion Personnel around the UK. We have a great opportunity for Sewing Machinists. Successful candidates will be offered full time shifts on a temp to perm basis.

• Products: Watersports Clothing/Equipment
• Salary: £9.50 - £10.00/hour
• Hours: Full-time (37, 5hours/week)
• Immediate Start
• Location: Redcar, Middlesbrough.

Duties for the Sewing Machinist Role:

• Follow an operating instruction for the Lockstitch, Overlock Sewing Machines
• Complete requirement for sewing items such as drysuits, wetsuits, diving suits, buoyancy aids and more, using appropriate materials.
• Draw threads through needles and adjust machine functions to meet the requirements of the sewing project.
• Report any faults or discrepancies to the Team Leader.


Ideal Sewing Machinist Candidate:

• Good attention to detail
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Experience of working to targets
• Previous Industrial Sewing Machine experience, within a factory environment
